ModuleCo, formerly PKL Healthcare Ltd is the UK’s leading specialist provider of fast-track healthcare facilities. Using the latest techniques in off-site construction we are able to deliver complex projects within tight timescales and often in very congested areas and restricted locations. Experienced in off-site construction, ModuleCo, formerly PKL Healthcare, provides fast-track healthcare facilities to healthcare providers and developers in both public and private sectors within the UK and internationally. We offer an extensive range of services including Design, Full Project Management, Off-site Manufacturing, M&E Services, Site Installation, Commissioning and Technical Support. The off-site construction system adopted by ModuleCo, formerly PKL Healthcare, uses pre-engineered modular units that are transported from the factory and installed on site as fitted-out and serviced building blocks. The units are installed together to form a complete healthcare building, such as a day surgery centre, a diagnostic and treatment centre or a hospital.
