What do you like about your field/industry? Every day is different. I love looking at houses and helping people fulfill their dreams of owning a home. I am a problem solver and that's a critical skill needed to work in this industry.
What is one piece of advice you would give someone just starting out? This business can be very complicated and takes time. You get out of it what you put into it. You need to work hard to make connections and be prepared to follow up continuously.
What do you like most about coaching the new realtors for the exam prep course? I enjoy helping prospective agents learn how to navigate a new business. It's gratifying once I hear that they've passed their exam and are ready to start selling.
