College Credit Plus for Home-School Families
We welcome home-schooled students to participate in the College Credit Plus (CCP) program at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½. The College offers financial and educational benefits for students and their families. These include discounted tuition, textbooks, and flexible course options that support career pathways or transfer to other institutions.
Getting Started
Homeschooled students and students attending private high schools must apply for funding through the Ohio Department of Education and send a copy of their funding letter to the College.
Steps:
- Apply for CCP funding through the Ohio Department of Education by April 1 each year.
- Submit a copy of your funding letter to the College.
- Complete the Tri‑C application (accepted after the funding deadline).
After submitting the required documents, the College provides discounted tuition and book fees.

Transferability
- Ohio Transfer 36 Pathway
Tri-C offers an online, hybrid or on-campus pathway for students to earn their Ohio Transfer 36 certificate and an Associate of Arts degree. - University Connection
CCP students have full access to our Transfer Centers that can help the students and their families stay on track with Tri-C courses and select a four-year transfer institution.

Summer Coursework
Summer CCP courses are offered in flexible five-, eight- and 10-week terms to work around your schedule. Classes can be taken online or in person. Prerequisite courses may be required. For a full list of the courses offered, visit .
